Do you have a written Fire Risk Assessment?

Did you know that regardless of the size of your business, all business premises now legally need to have a written Fire Risk Assessment?

For small businesses, Surrey Fire & Rescue Service offer a simple fire safety check through their  "Business Safe and Well Visits". During the visit they will ask some questions which will allow for a discussion about your fire safety, and if required, they can signpost you to futher help and support in being compliant with the law and remaining safe from fire. The visits aren't designed to enforce the law and won't take up much time.

To request a visit please email businesssafety.education@surreycc.gov.uk.
